Interesting! This is the man who a few months ago was instrumental in bringing charismatics back to Rome. He uttered the statement, Luthers protest is over! Real Christians are not mourning his death. He was a false prophet. Luthers protest is not over. For an exact same situation read this in Jer. 28:15-18. This is Jeremiah delivering Gods message to a false prophet that God is going to KILL HIM, for TEACHING REBELLION AGAINST THE LORD! Jer.28:15 Then said the prophet Jeremiah unto Hananiah the prophet, Hear now, Hananiah; The LORD hath not sent thee; but thou makest this people to trust in a lie. 16 Therefore thus saith the LORD; Behold, I will cast thee from off the face of the earth: this year thou shalt die, because thou hast taught rebellion against the LORD. 17 So Hananiah the prophet died the same year in the seventh month.
