International chest day people what have you got planned? if your stuck or want try something new give mine ago. bench press, warmup and every set add weight max out every set no more then 10-12 reps work up to a heavy single. then drop sets every set take weight off (big pump on) incline dumbbell press, 4 sets of 6-8 (for size) or 10-12 (tone up) reps (superset with) cable flies, 4 sets of 15 light weight cables set about chest height. feel the pump FINISHER, cable crossovers, start with cables at highest point on machine. do 1 set max effort as many reps as you can then drop down a notch on machine then max out again. try have little rest as possible between sets. use a light weight but where you can still feel it working the chest. end with max press ups or 100 press ups as fast as you can challenge yourself and see the gains. dont forget to post your pump. enjoy and feel the burn
