Corruption affects this. Black money cant be invested very easily. So most of it is put in Real estate. This doesnt let middle class families buy a house. Businesses dont get enough space to operate, within a budget. We also know about the political party backed gundas who dont let you defend your property. Land as a resource is getting very dear. People who dont have access to it are at a sever disadvantage. This questions equality of opportunity. Market forces in real-estate are badly distorted by corruption. This is what the lefteists fight for. Naxalism and other threats harm the societal fabric due to these distortions.
