Is feeling a bit down in the dumps....Ive never worked so hard for so little money ...everrrr. Its not difficult work theres just so much of it, its just never ending. Cant even blink without it building up. But I guess thats the nhs for you. And its ever changing/fluid, you just think its all settled when suddenly it isnt and you know its going to get a whole lot worse, before it settles for a while. To all of us in nhs ... A group hug ... And a wine transfusion !!
