Is the house Pet (Dog) Friendly? Verify that there is not only a fenced yard but also a clear path along it to run the fence with the neighbors. Know your neighbors. Will they enjoy a good bark off when there is news to spread. Does the gate have a clear view of the street for greeting those walking by on the street. Do the front yards have mail boxes, trees, and fire hydrants suitable for leaving messages. Does the neighborhood have squirrels, bunnies,and cats to chase. It would really be nice to have some sort of fountain to lay in on those really hot sunny days. Your Realtor will try to account for the needs of the entire family.
