Is this bill a protection for corrupt politicians like Legarda or farther persecution of the people? We have all the right to criticize corrupt politicians for stealing our money. The bill threatens this inherent right. This is an attempt to shut our mouth for criticizing their anomalies and do whatever they can to cheat people who elected them to office. This is not unusual from a corrupt lawmaker. They already made a libel law against the ordinary filipinos, cyber libel law against ordinary netizens to shut their mouth who have no means of voicing out against their anomalies except thru internet media. People should be more circumspect not to re-elect Legarda and all the thieves in the macho bloc in the senate.
