It Is Essential Chaos is contagious, often running through the population like a viral epidemic. In these turbulent times, it is essential to render the negativity around you to be null and void. We realize that this will take great effort. The crescendo of energy that the time line is creating needs for there to be a still, quiet moment in each of you. Many more experienced/advanced souls are already in place, lending the waves of tranquility required to calm the storm. Often many do not realize their mission, and feel the nagging of something they need to do. Realize if this quote defines you in any way, it is most assuredly your soul prompting you to be more focused on the balance of reality. Know that the mere presence of your energy is helpful in a chaotic environment. Imagine what can be accomplished if you put some focus upon it. Take time each day to give yourself the opportunity for clarity and peace. It will reflect upon your reality. Combined focus of calmness does alter the chaos that has a grip upon the culture. Check your behavior. Always act within situations: not react. Keep your breath even as you walk through the storm. Those without awareness may become fearful in these times. Attempt to lead by example, so that others will decide to follow you in your calmness. Often the big picture gives comfort to everyone, as then the true destination is evident. By focusing on the chaos, one would believe that all is lost. That is definitely not the case. Be calm. Be aware. Know. By knowing, one can be calm through anything.
