It appears the cattle dont understand the word no or even bugger off. The Dogmother and I noticed this on our promenade through the park last evening when the cows decided they wanted to play (they are mostly youngsters). Anyhoo, the Dogmother told me to run home because it was me they were after, but every time she turned round, waved her arms and shouted gowaaan! at them I ran back to help her. Then she played a dirty trick on me and told me the Dogfather was at home. I was so overjoyed I forgot about saving the Dogmother and ran home.Then the cows buggered off and the Dogfather wasn t there. Still, I got a cuddle and the Dogmother told me she appreciated my heroics, sort of.
