It has been a rough few days for many in our community, but tonight I think of my daughter, Beth Miller. She helped with the rescue efforts yesterday and was on a team that had to do a body recovery. Something no one wants to see, but something that must be done. Then a few hours later she welcomed her sweet niece in to this world. Death and life in the same twelve hours, not easy. I am proud of who Beth is, but I am saddened by her day. I know God can and will use these experiences to make her more like Him, which is all a mother can ask. We mourn with those who weep and we rejoice with those who are glad. It is what our God has commanded of us. Well done, good and faithful servant. Love you, Beth
