It has been a very tough day but it is all worth it! Although I do not put on a pair of posing trunks in front of an audience everyday but it is the thirst and hunger that overrides the feeling of embarrassment haha. I made many new friends who share the same passion in bodybuilding and fitness. I learnt many things from todays event too. Thanks to the organizers and the judges who patiently sat through while we do out poses and routines. I want to thank my family and friends who come out to support me too. I like to thank my mentor friend who encourage me to participate this competition. You are all my support system that gets me going :) I do this hopefully to do my mum proud. Its wasted my mum couldnt attend as she is not feeling well. Hope she will get well and in time to attend the Nationals Men Physique! In the end, I am pushed up to compete with the 65kg contestants and earned a 4th position! All glory to God! It is a great achievement for a 1st-timer to me haha. Will aim for a higher placing next year if Im competing. Its a great experience which I believe everyone who are contestants have their share of pain and joy. This is truly a sport that requires consistent dedication to diet and training. Congrats to everyone and thanks for supporting this sport!
