It has been just as if one day passed that i had worked in this - TopicsExpress

It has been just as if one day passed that i had worked in this kind of field wherein though im not enlined into as it was not into my degree-related, I wasnt able to certainly expect that i lasted here for 3 years. Yet, by tomorrow is really my 3 years here on this workforce that really learned me the most upon dealing with things to people in socialization/civilazation (lol) - in business operation and performances to each of everyone involve here including attitudes, workstyle that has been adopted through. Anyway, way back when i came here in cebu it was not actually my intent to work on a supermarket cuz a work that i desired most is to work on a business process outsourcing industry wherein i was unfortunately got into once. But its okey! Its just so silly or awkward to honestly say that during my first application here in cebu since i was came from a province of leyte and seemingly uncivilized yet to an urban place like here, my application went so Kinapalpakan, why? Because i went to Qualfon company, yes that was my first app. As id further remembered i was using the stairway to 9thfloor instead of using an elevator up to thier HRD room (lol). Its just that id really not yet familliar to that small cabin-like room who goes easily uphigh down...hahaa, thereafter anyway, one time i luckily offered a job to a private korean school with the VIP korean nationals in a season-a couple of months. The experienced was so funny yet disgusting to teached them both verbal and oral in english communication. hilarious! Since the work wasnt long to run for a months or years, i stopped and became a very certified bystander... (lol) one time again, as being referred, i tried to submit my app. To a supermarket in which i really dont like to work for, it was like not really my profound intention to be part of the company, but as not intended, i was immediately hired during those simple interviews yet rans one day in taking exam...hahaa..(very long which i presumed not to pass)... so, they hired me as HRD staff, there it all went so interesting as not exepected, i was given a challenge that somehow intricates me further, a tremendous of job description responsibilities which i thought im not capable to handle. Wow. Things were, i was given the task to be the interviewer, orientation houserules facilatator, company promo-merchandiser coordinator, etc........being exposed in Human resource Dept. for a couple of years in Supermarket were very fulfilling in my part, at least i was hired some of the applicants while providing job for thier personal necesisities as well to thier family whatever things are badly in need up for them, i meet a lot of friends, encountered a lot of people in diverse and different personlities (mao nah musuroy ko og laen mga supermarket anhe naa jud na makaela nahu, ug managad pajod-feeling famous) lol.... now currently, i i am deployed as a dept.section head that is also a very tough job for me just as some people on this environment are hard to please, crowd uproars everyday, busy as always and i am alwys in time-constraint in handling people for an excellent goal on job flows... anyway, i always win at the end.....hahaha
