It has been said that you have but one life to live and this is nonsense. If you read fiction that you can live a thousand lives. I have faced down a fast draw next to the Sacketts. I have marched along with Alexander, I have sailed with the vikings, I have been in the court of Queen Elizabeth and Louis the XIV. I have blazed new trails with Ayla, and Jondolar. I have explored the oceans with Captain Nemo and Captain Bligh. The best part is I can do it over and over again by simply opening a book. I can live the lives of those that came before us and those who will come after us.
