It has been several months the coastal people of Morobe have been suffering after Lutheran Shipping ceased its operation. The ceasing of its operation has not only affected coastal villages of Morobe but also coastal provinces like Madang and East and West Sepik provinces However, for the people of Morobe this will all end after 5 of the Morobe MPs including member for Finscaphen have decided to purchase two ships to serve the coastal people of the province. The two ships MV Giamsai and MV Maniba costed K2milliion will start operating in the coming weeks under the newly established Morobe Coastal Shipping services.
