It is impossible to say what this day means to my family. 41 years of pouring my heart and soul into this team, warning my newly engaged wife that I would never miss a game, family in Oklahoma, my roommate and best friend in Tulsa, watching every single game with my Dad for decades even hundreds of miles away with 3 phones charged and ready, traveling to Norman, winning titles, losing titles, watching games with my kids and seeing them embrace the OU tradition, the Red River Rivalry, Roy Williams Superman, the Boz, celebration, tears, AD, Sims, Bama13, the highest highs and unimaginable lows. What does this mean to me and my family? Oklahoma means everything....it literally means no less than everything.
