It is now clear that Kisii County plans to set a soapstone factory/industry in south Mugirango constituency as a state corporate. We are glad this will create employment opportunities and also the community will enjoy development benefits. I therefore urge all elected leaders of South Mugirango Constituency to team up as one and be on the front-line to assist our hardworking Governor Ongwae to have it set soonest.
