It is the people who create new businesses who are the job creators. The entrepreneurs like Steve Jobs when he started Apple in his garage or Bill Gates when he started Microsoft (although both stopped being job creators when they became wealthy.) Job creators are all middle class and/or young people who have an idea that they turn into a reality. Wal-Mart does not really create jobs, since they always take business away from others. They put some people out of business and give jobs to the displaced employees, they take business away from other stores and then hire the laid off employees. They do not create jobs, they just shift workers from higher paying positions to lower paying positions.
