It is time to stop picking on ourselves, walking through our lives apologizing for being ourselves. Maybe you are a little different than the person next to you, thank goodness for that. Stop spending time being ashamed, and doubting your beauty. We are all equal, we are who we are, ever day working on letting go of old patterns and moving into new experiences with a kind heart.
