It is with a sense of pride that we announce a couple of people from the LANKYCOW family will be running X-RUNNER next Saturday. This is an extreme obstacle race which has just some of the following pieces: Hurdles, Water Cannons, Swamps, Barbed Wires, Commando Crawls, Water Slides, Jacobs Ladders, Spiders Webs, Cargo Nets etc. Both Chris and Dan will be running the full 10km of this hell and we wish them all the luck in the world. Both of them run in the memory of the strongest lady, Joyce Lancaster, the care home Dove House Hospice and the incredible work they carry out.
