It is with sadness that I will no longer buy a car or have one serviced at Bill Utter ford. The first new car I bought from them was in 1971. I dont recall how many cars I have bought there over the years. Without going into to many details, their service department sucks. The last new car I bought from them was a Ford Exporer and it came with free tires for life. Well I guess Im dead to them because they will not honor that contract.I got 1 set a few years ago and now with about 115,000 miles on it and the tires worn out they will no longer honor it. Good bye Bill Utter Ford. Wife is about due a new vehicle but it will not be there. Oh when you have an appointment to get your oil changes at a certain time and it still take from 1 1/2 to 2 hours for them to do it, then I doing call that good service. I would tell all my friends to take their business elsewhere. If Mr Utter would still be alive this would not have happened.
