It may not be pretty... I may have a little more work to do...but. Im closer than I was! Two years ago, this all started for me when I saw an Insanity infomercial. I ordered it, got it and when I started the easy fit test on day one ---> I threw up. I quit the program every time after 2 weeks. WHY couldnt I finish. Gosh. It was SO frustrating. Long story short -- I went out on a limb, WAY out of my comfort zone... STOPPED with the excuses. Started shakeology and joined a private fitness group DURING the HOLIDAYS, DURING my busiest rotation at school. I just wanted to lose the 20 lbs from school. I never imagined I would be coaching others, have met some of my BEST friends through our team, flying across the east coast to a leadership retreat and EXCITED to actually start the new INSANITY MAX that launches in December #myHOWtimesCHANGE
