It really didn’t matter that he was quickly dismissed by the scientific community as being full of hot air, the people had seen it, the media picked up on the polar vortex terminology and the damage was largely done. The ignorant masses now believe that cold is caused by hot. In the interest of right and wrong and of exposing the liars within the regime for what they are, the Competitive Enterprise Institute filed a lawsuit on Wednesday against Holdren’s White House Office of Science and Technology after the regime ignored their requests to correct the propaganda video and refused to release related documents. In the typical obstructive fashion which is an Obama trademark, the regime claimed that because the video was Holdren’s personal opinion, the documents pertaining to the deliberative process were exempt from records requests. CEI general counsel Sam Kazman doesn’t buy it. He said, “If this video really represented Dr. Holdren’s personal opinion, then it’s bad enough that OSTP spent taxpayer dollars to produce and post it on the White House web site, but for the agency to refuse to disclose documents related to the video in order to protect what it claims are internal deliberations is doubly ridiculous.” It’s ridiculous, it’s consistent with everything else they’ve done and gotten away with, and it has already achieved the objective. Another cold winter will surely inspire a sequel. A warm winter will bring only serve to substantiate the opposite warming claims.
