It was a firm decision to kill myself, and then an overriding fear of eternal punishment that caused me to research the truth of the after-death-life in a more scholarly, unbiased and critical fashion. And so I am grateful to the manipulative, fear-mongering religious teachers for that. And the less I believe in hell, the more I believe life is good and worth it. Do you hear my heart? I underwent the agony of dead-living to find inspiration for a good life. I measure my love of life(God) to gauge my freedom from religion(fear)
