Its Team Tuesday! Every Tuesday we spotlight one of our team members working at our centers in the Denver/Boulder area. Today we introduce Carey Hart, Lead Patient Services Representative at Health Images Boulder. Carey has been with Health Images for almost three months, and jumped right into the lead front-desk role at our Boulder facility. As Lead PSR, she is often the first face our patients see as they walk in the door, and the person who sees them out. Her professionalism ensures their experience is as pleasant and smooth as possible from beginning to end. And while we strive to ensure 100% patient customer satisfaction through direct customer service, her role also involves managing medical records, scheduling, and many other back office functions that are essential to a positive customer experience. In her free time, she hangs out with her boyfriend and very spoiled Labrador--going on fishing expeditions, camping, and spending time on the water boating. When inside, she prefers to watch sports. When she was younger, she was known for singing The Star-Spangled Banner at MMA fights and college ball games. Our engaged and caring employees are the greatest example of our commitment to unmistakable quality and spectacular service, and we are happy to spotlight a different staff-member every week who exemplifies our standards.
