Its #WorkoutWednesday! I really, really miss dancing ballet! I still do it in the kitchen while I cook ... and David does it with me sometimes... but shhh dont tell him i told you that! :-) Whether youve done ballet before or youre a manly man like my kiddo and dont want to admit to it :-) ..... ballet is great for flexibility and working those muscles deep into your body. This ballet workout from Autumn Calabrese (who is the trainer for 21 Day Fix) is great for the lower body!
