Its all about the Word of God, it is the very Word of Life. Man shall not live by bread alone, but by every Word that proceedeth out of the mouth of God--Matt 4:4. From a child thou has known the Holy Scriptures which are able to make thee wise unto SALVATION THROUGH FAITH WHICH IS IN CHRIST JESUS--2 Tim 3:15 Blessed are they that hear the WORD of God and keep it---Luke 11:28 Thy WORD have I hid in mine heart, that I might not sin against thee--Psalms 119:11 Every WORD of God is pure: he is a shield unto them that put their trust in Him-Prov 30:5 Thy Word is Truth--John 17:17 If ye continue in My WORD, then are ye My disciples indeed--John 8:31 Obedience to the Word of God is above all else Behold, to OBEY is better than sacrifice--1 Sam 15:22. ...Obedience to the LORD through His Word is what truly pleases Him. Scripture testifies to Scripture as being our Highest Duty, it is our Supreme Authority. No unbeliever in the Vatican can tell you what the Scriptures mean, unbelievers dont have the Holy Spirit. We compare Scripture with Scripture, rightly dividing the Word of Truth--2 Tim 2:15 We love the Word of God because it keeps us on the narrow road that leads to everlasting life, and we remember the Reformers of the Glorious Protestant Reformation that gave their lives and the others that were willing to give their lives for the Word of God. Thank You O LORD for the Glorious Protestant Reformation and the recovery of the Gospel, and a return to the Word of God.
