I have done Pilates in Aus for about 5 years but was not able to find a good pilates studio close to where I live in London. About 18 mths ago I found Pepilates and it is a godsend. The staff are fabulous and very patient with explaining the differences between what they do and what I have learnt in Aus (yes, there are some differences but basically the same). I love how they have classes theoughout the day, not just early mornings and evenings.Pilates is the only way I can get over jetlag and the classes run by Pepilates are varied and challenging, a whole body workout. The teachers are all fabulous and Tessa at the desk is an angel! Everyone makes me feel so welcome.
