Its been 1 month and 3 days since my husband lost his job. Saturday was officially our last day at crossfit and my daughters last day at swim for a long while. Both of our identities are wrapped in those sports. However, instead of wallowing, I programmed my first at home #crossfit workout for me this morning and the kiddos when they get home from school. No one is going to get out of shape on my watch. Everyone is training for Rock n Roll Seattle Marathon & 1/2 Marathon. Todays wod will be awesome!! #RNRSEA here we come: warm up 5 inch worms 20 leg swings passthroughs 20 high knees 20 butt kickers 10 double unders 30 sec plank mobility calf/Achilles stretch banded hamstring stretch partner shoulder couch stretch front rack stretch Chipper wod 10 burpees 1 run around block (.7 miles) 20 push ups 1 run around block 30 sit ups 1 run around block 40 air squats 1 run around block 50 weighted Russian twists 1 run around block 40 air squats 1 run around block 30 sit ups 1 run around block 20 push ups 1 run around block 10 burpees (yep that is really 5.6 miles plus all the rest) cool down mobility calf/achillees stretch hamstring stretch partner shoulder couch stretch front rack stretch back rolls I will go first to see if its good....heheh! Pray for me!
