Its been 10 years since I attended Hampton High and in that time many things have changed. As I attended the pep assembly today, for the opening of football season, I couldnt help but notice some of those changes. Walking in the gym, Wobble was playing... For those of you who are unfamiliar with the song let me share some of the lyrics... A man that can dance could possible get down with the tool in his pants All ladies let me see you vibrate and when its over you wont need ya vibrator Hey big girl make me back it up and may I remind you all that preK-12 grade attended the assembly. There was not a prayer prayed. No national anthem played by the band, cheerleaders didnt cheer near loud enough for those in the bleachers to hear, some cheerleaders cheered with their heads down, and what happen to cheerleaders jumping once being introduced... Only half of them jumped at all... I usually dont rant on fb... But I think this is an exception. Since when did the school not need God, stopped honoring the United States, and stop cheering in a manner that made them proud to be a Bulldog??? I think the Hampton High Football players deserve better than what was dished to them this afternoon at the school pep assembly.... They deserve to be prayed for and highly supported!!!! I will definitely have Hampton Public School District in my prayers tonight!!! God Bless!
