Its been 2 weeks since my dad was hit by the train. I am hopeful things will change, and am waiting for him to come out of the coma. From there doctors say he has a long road of recovery. Nothing is promised however, so Ive had to deal with the pain that he may or may not recover, and Im sad everyday. The sooner he comes out the better the chance it will be easier on him. The wait is very hard on all of us, but just like dad always says hurry up and wait! Lol. He was transferred to a long term care facility yesterday instead of staying in Freeman ICU. Kim Wilson, Patty Buster Sitsler, and Linda Buster-Strunk have made sure that there is someone there each day to help watch over him. Mandy Eveleigh and Molly Conley have also been up there to be with him. I had to come home for now so that I can take care of my little ones and since the new facility doesnt allow children on campus. I love you so much dad. Please come back to us!!!
