Its been 5 years since the worst day of my life. While Ive known loss since, none has been as hard. My baby boy would be 5 today if he had not been taken away, and while people say time heals all wounds they are wrong. No amount of time will take away the pain Ive felt at the loss, or will stop the pain in the years to come. I live my life with a hole in my heart where Lucas should be.
