We let our mind wander off down the path of negativity, regrets or anger. It is time to boost your self-esteem and self-belief. Make friend with own yourself, so to speak. Get to know who you truly are. Then accept and embrace it. Connect with your values and dignity. Love yourself more and you will feel good about yours
