Its seems that things will die down for now storm wise across the state - the severe thunderstorm watch for all of northern WI will either be canceled within the next hour or will expire at 7am. Things should clear out across WI, giving the environment ample amount of CAPE, as well as high humidity with dew points above 75 in some places, and putting this all together with strong southerly winds and fast enough lapse rates storms should fire in the afternoon. Where will this will all happen is the difficult part at the moment. Therell be a left over boundary from the system that came through northern WI early today, that sags south and west throughout the state - thats where the storms will be, and why the SPC has all of eastern, southeastern, and south central WI in a slight risk.
