Its that time! Our annual craft #beer dinner is here on August 28th 2014 featuring the beers of Southern Tier Brewing Company. Join sommelier Chris Birnie-Visscher and Kristin McAdams from Southern Tier will host the evening with a variety of styles to compare as Executive Chef Jason Pringle offers family style dishes. Beers featured will be the Southern Tier Hop Sun, the Harvest Seasonal Ale, 2X IPA, Unearthly Malty IPA, Warlock and the Pumpking Imperial Pumpkin Ale with Spices. Menu will include delicious favorites such as TARTE FLAMBÉE with fromage blanc, bacon, onion; ASSORTED CHARCUTERIE with house-made terrines , patés & cured meats; MUSSEL-CAULIFLOWER VELOUTÉ; ARUGULA SALAD with fig, goat cheese, vincotto dressing and the star of the evening will be Chef Jasons IPA MARINATED WHOLE HOG (AAA farm raised hog and seasoned with mustard & herbs) and served with GRILLED CORN, RATATOUILLE & TOMATO FARCIE. $65 per person, not including tax and gratuity.
