Its the Christmas season, and for many, a very hard time. I think this is about the easiest time for folks to want to give up, to get discouraged and feel depressed. But ... its also a wonderful time. The time of our Saviors birth and if it werent for that wonderful event, there would be no hope for us. Because of His birth, we have everything to live for .... because He was born .... we can face tomorrow, we should have no fear, and we are able to face the future with hope, happiness and contentment. However, the last few nights while laying in bed praying for my family and friends, the words of this song kept going through my head. For you that are alone, those that feel rejected or left out, those with not enough money to buy the gifts you would like to, and many other reasons ..... this song is for you. I feel someone needs to hear these words .... so here they are .... Life is easy when youre up on the mountain, And youve got peace of mind like youve never known.
