Its the most wonderful time of the year! Heres a 10 minute energy booster to keep you wrapping, laughing and prepared for the BIG evening and day. Wishing you and your family a very special, peaceful Christmas Eve. Day 24: Three Moves for Merry Abs Warm up with yesterdays running drills, with a run or some jump rope. Use the stopwatch mode on your phone. Then perform each ab/core exercise for 60 seconds. Rest 30 seconds and repeat the entire round 2-4 more times. 1. Sup and Press (if you do not have dumbbells then use soup cans, bricks or nothing) 2. Pup and Fly (modify by dropping one knee and still extend the other leg as shown) 3. Roll and Rock (modify by not extending legs completely straight) *Headstand OPTIONAL. Give it a go and give it some practice. Cant do one today?
