It’s the authority and status of host which determines the degree of hospitality! .more influential the host more grandeur will be the reception. Just imagine. At the night of ascension ( Meeraj ) the host was Almighty ALLAH and the guest was His beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم .The reception was beyond all imaginations. Our beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم has seen innumerable Divine signs at that night. ALLAH has shared 90 thousands statements with His beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم .Among these 90 thousand some were secrets, some were news and obligations. And in this way, a treasure of knowledge was bestowed, which is a unique speciality of our beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم.What he observed that night? Heaven, Hell, He led the assembly of Prophets علیہ السلام ..He saw Almighty ALLAH with His eyes …! Just think that a human cannot comprehend a single miracle ( Meeraj ) of Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم how one can claim to explore the whole Personality صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم ?? If our father gets a promotion from 18th grade to 19th grade, what will be our response? If our brother gets a reward from university, what will be our response? We will surely be happy.. Now at that Great Night, our beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم -who wept for our forgiveness.. who always prayed for our well being .. With whom we must love more than our mother, father, goods of trade and anything else- He صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم has been given such a package of gifts , which no other creation can ever think of.. What should be our response?? We should celebrate!! At that night our beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم observed that on the first sky there was a group of Angles praising ALLAH. On the second sky a group was bowing the head and body (Ruko).On the third a group was bowing so as to touch the ground with forehead (sajda) .On the fourth a group was in the sitting posture (At tahee yaat).On the fifth they were doing tasbeeh.On the sixth they were reciting Takbeer. On the seventh they were reciting salaam. Our beloved Prophet صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم prayed that ALLAH may bless my ummah with such a form of worship in which all these styles (which He صلی اللہ علیہ وسلم observed) are collectively performed. ALLAH has blessed us with “*”NAMAZ”*” A macro-mode of worship !.Now a muslim who offer namaz will get the reward equal to the reward of all the angles of 7 skies. Al Asra Wal Meeraj !! is a Eid for muslims and we celebrate the day across the globe …Lets make intention that we will neither miss the prayer nor we will offer it after due tim — "*"MEERAJ"*" A Limitless Journey...!
