Ive been a bit quiet for the past few days , had a lot to think about in regards to running a small business. Had a few issues that made an impact on the business - - Facebook reach being less than 20% - Devon County show being cancelled ( an expensive event for no return, as the Saturday was cancelled and the first two days the footfall was low due to the car parks closing) - Price increase of the hessian bags ( although Im glad everything is up and running after last year , this is a major blow) - constant outlay of event money , and the weather doesnt look good for this year , so i am hoping it not a repeat of 2012s rainwash So as I sit and reflect on finances, business plans, the speeding fine I got for driving 42mph in a 30mph on route to the DCS ( officer , look at the weight of my stock, i needed to speed up to make the hill !!), Ive put my hands in my head and tried to make a conscious , grown up decision about the future………………………………………….. And I thought SOD IT and went and bought more bags and scarves! So prepare for the onslaught in the next few days as I will be having a little clearout, a speed fine sale, and posting lots of new styles :-) Also if anyone wants a house party , just contact me , Ive a few dates available and so far they are going down a storm.
