Ive been following Sam Felthams Vlogs for a while now and have been very impressed. He did a 5,000 calories low carb high fat real food diet for 21 days to see what would happen. He was very healthy and fit to start and ended up gaining a few pounds but lost 3 inches off his waist. Then, just last month, he decided to do a conventional low fat high carbohydrate junk food diet for 21 days to compare. He gained a tremendous amount of weight and his waist just got so big. Hes now doing a real food low carb high fat calorie maintenance diet to see if he can use the calorie formula to maintain his weight. So far hes losing both weight and inches. He eats the exact same thing every day for these experiments and the same exercise. Hes worth watching if you get the chance.
