Ive been in Vegas for a short year and already this is the 2nd time I have heard of Char Baroni letting just anyone take dogs to get her out of a tight spot. She ends up not knowing where the dogs are and has no way to follow up to make sure they are safe. How many have ended up back in the Animal Foundation or worse. I have actually taken at least 1 in an emergency and I had to find him a forever home. Char still doesnt know where he is because she still has his picture up as adoptable. I hope that all landlords in the city have heard about this lady and will not rent to her!!!! w/ Jennifer Wise, Evon Kanagin Bell
