Ive been planning to make a whole roaster chicken today...my first one! Unfortunately when I went into the fridge to get it about an hour ago, its still frozen! I have it in the sink now trying to quick defrost it by submerging and soaking it in cold water. Its 8 pounds, so I know its gonna take awhile, but would like to have an idea of exactly how long... any ideas or suggestions?? (It feels like its slowly beginning to defrost)
