Ive been remiss in my challenges the last 2 days. The convention is just unbelievable. I am so very blessed to be here. So for Saturday, here is a tabata challenge: 20 seconds work, 10 seconds rest repeat 2x set 1 high knees push ups bicycle low lunge row (1st time right side, 2nd time left side) set 2 wide, medium, narrow pushups skaters side plank crunch (1st time side, 2nd time left side) jump turns
