Ive been telling my family that I would not even really consider someone safe and out of the woods towards recovery until two incubation periods of of 21 days were achieved. Now I see that in a few cases, it is longer that 21 days, 3% of the cases are after 42-day incubation periods. Weve already seen the viability of the Ebola virus in semen altered from 61 days to 90 days, which I believe will officially lump it in with venereal diseases before this is all said and done. One word of caution though...WHO is not the most reliable agency. Perhaps they are trying harder now, but they didnt try nearly hard enough to contain this when they had the chance in the second wave that hit March-May...now it is out of control, essentially, and the UN and WHO can be blamed for that and poor, very slow response.
