Ive been thinking all day how to express my Christmas wishes to the world, especially as I was driving back from my holiday meal with family and friends. They were VERY gracious regarding my obvious lack of cheer, and I say obvious because I am simply a terrible actress. In fact, I like to SAY I prefer to Keep It Real because, honestly, its all I can actually do. Therefore, Im Keeping It Real when I say, yeah, Im extremely tired, feeling pretty put upon by the Universe in general. Bah. Pass the wine. BUT I can ALSO honestly say that I do not WISH for any company in my Humbuggery. I do not begrudge anyone in the world -especially in my FB feed - any of the festivities they are all experiencing. I truly wish for my friends and family and co-workers to feel the utmost peace, joy and happiness. I love seeing their pix and messages of good will. I keep thinking, Good for them. They deserve every moment of it. So Merry Christmas to all... Sorry I couldnt make it, but thanks for saving me a seat. Ill take a raincheck for 2015.
