Ive got a big undertaking coming up and I need help. A friend of mine decided that he wanted to play D&D for his bachelor party. Originally, I thought it would just be the wedding party, but at last headcount weve got about 21 people showing up. Im a little intimidated, but Im not backing out. While I have a lot of DM experience, this will be double the amount of players Ive ever run for so, if you have any experience in running large scale one shot campaigns (and I know a lot of you do) could you please share some of your wisdom with me? Tips and tricks to help this event run smoothly. I know enough to have my maps, creatures, and characters set up before hand, but as to the actual running (keeping it fun for all involved) Im not going to lie, Im scared shitless, but in a good way.
