Ive had the most miserable painful night and not sure which direction to go. I woke up out of a dead sleep with the most severs muscle spasms in both of my lower legs and feet. I remember making it out to the kitchen and the next think I knew, I was in the back of an ambulance. Jake said that I was cold, clammy, sweating and out of it. I went to the ER and of was diagnosed with muscle cramps probably from being dehydrated (no other symptoms of this) and sent home with a couple of pills and prescriptions and told to follow up with my doctor. Not one person even looked at my legs. I went home, took the meds as the doctor said and went back to bed. Within a short time, it happened again. Jake called the ambulance again and the conversation with the paramedics was a little concerning. They offered to take me but asked what I expected to be different than when I was just in the ER. They had a point so I chose to stay home because I didnt feel it would be any different. I sat there holding my left leg after they left and I could feel the muscles in a spasm that was so fast it was unbelievable. So, needless to say, I was scared to go to sleep because I was afraid it would happen again. Im angry and frustrated. Im not an ER frequent flyer looking for pills. I rarely go to the doctor let alone the ER. I have been there a few times in the past few months due to ongoing hip issues but am seeing the orthopedist to deal with it. Jake and Chelsea are just as frustrated as I am. They witnessed both events and are worried because its painful for me to just walk into the bathroom and back.
