Ive learned something tonight we as people build things up in our minds so much that the very thing were building up is inevitably destined to fail due to our expectations the mind is a hard factor to please when reality meets thought what once stood out above all in your mind systematically just went to nothingness its truly remarkable how many times the mind can accomplish this even with fore knowledge of the outcome and still persist to do it again if one was to go deeper into the matter it suggests that we are the makers of our own torment by setting things up to fail before we get a chance to truly know the substance of something or someone by making our own assumptions beforehand and planning those assumptions to be reality when that factor appears before you in other words all that glitters aint gold but at the same time you could find a diamond in the rough it all truly is what you make of it
