Ive spent a lot of time and energy being petty and immature. It took me a while to learn that if you want to be somewhere you need to behave like the people who are already there. So to all of you artists out there, think about how you are presenting yourselves publicly. I see a lot of you with the talent you need to excel acting very immature publicly. Youre never going to move up until you make that major attitude adjustment.
