Ive stated this all along. How I dress is not going to inflict on how I lead. Wearing shorts to a meeting is not a mistake or a wrong doing. Or does it make me look bad. I said I am not a suite and tie guy. I work. Hard. Most of the time when I get home from work I am lucky I even have time to change. I really dont even need to justify myself. As the majority of you respect me and my hard work, to represent you. When needed to dress to impress I will. But I represent the majority of the people who dont even have a tie. And as most of you can see. I groom myself well. Keep myself clean. And look very presentable. And represent you, Thats all that matters.
