JAMES 1:20-22 20 because human anger does not produce the righteousness that God desires. 21 Therefore, get rid of all moral filth and the evil that is so prevalent and humbly accept the word planted in you, which can save you. 22 Do not merely listen to the word, and so deceive yourselves. Do what it says. Anger will just make us hypertension and other emotional illnesses so instead of concealing hatred , just focus on prayer.. Sincere prayer is an act of showing our faith to the LORD that will really pleases GOD. There were times people ignited me to flare up in a conflict situation but I prayed to the LORD that HIS holy spirit will sustain my patience. The more my patience endures, the more I understand the weakness of other people that made my life as a blessing for them. The more we become sensitive and the more we commits mistakes. It is like driving the car that if we are not in a good state of mind, the more we threw ourselves to the accident, so just relax and pray and the holy spirit calms us.
