JOB IS LOCATED IN COLUMBIANA, AL. Maintenance tech for an apartment complex. Works under maintenance supervisor. Has valid Alabama Drivers License, Serve as off hours on call as required. Available for travel for training and other purposes as required. I safety conscious at all times. Possesses considerable knowledge of maintenance operations, tools and equipment. Performs any work in the areas of plumbing, carpentry, electricity, HVAC and others as assigned to grounds maintenance. Be able to prepare vacant units for occupancy, such as; move furniture and trash from apartment, repair any walls, floors, doors, cabinets or ceiling damages, replace or repair commodes, sinks, water lines, sewer lines, windows, stoves, refrigerators, hot water heaters, air condition units, heat pump units, light fixtures and all electrical work. Perform monthly pest control and filter change. Be able to do any lawn and maintenance duties and run any equipment safely, such as; grass cutting, weed eating, edging, pick up trash, cut shrubs, cut trees, remove debris, repair sidewalk, clear fences, clean gutters, blowing out parking bays, etc. Perform any other related duties as required.
